Research shows screen time has significantly increased in the general population post COVID pandemic.
It’s affecting adults as well as children’s eye health and overall well being.

Signs of eye strain:
Dry and itchy eyes
Watery eyes
Blurring of vision,
Headache
Neck and shoulder pain
Here are few tips to help to prevent :
- 20-20-20 rule (taking a 20min break every20 min to look at an object 20 feet away)
- Regular blinking practice( at least 15times/min)
- Limiting screen time as less as possible
- Ergonomic practice( use of proper chair and body position)
- Encourage children to outdoor activities
- Screen brightness adjustment to match the surrounding light.
- Practice simple easy eye exercises
