What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Aerobics has been a most attractive and pleasure form of exercise to me. It’s so much fun when you can dance and exercise at the same time. I love dancing.

The music will keep you going,
You can set the intensity as per need,
Suits all age group from teenage to old age,
A great cardiovascular and large muscle group exercise.
So my favourite fun exercise is aerobics .
