What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?
First hour of my day is calm and focused on self.
Foremost thing after waking up, I express my gratitude and say thank you the mighty power and take blessings from the Lord. This gives me a sense of security, someone superior is there to take care of the universe.

After morning rituals, I concentrate on making breakfast and tea for myself.
I sit and have my breakfast very slowly enjoying every bite, I think this is the only meal of the day I eat slowly and enjoy.
I try to make mind map on how my day will be? I write one thing on my notes section of phone ‘what I want to achieve in that day’ for my personal growth.
I often used to be lost in the busy schedule and day used end just working or scrolling on social media on break hours.
So, I started writing down, If I write down, I will re review when I am sitting in my lunch or tea break and try to do that task. It may not be a heavy brain consuming thing because a I can’t distract myself for long while at work. So I keep simple task like writing a thought on phone, reading a small topic I want to learn that will help in my work performance or I read a blog post to get some positive energy from the best bloggers.
This tiny change has helped me to be in presence.
Every single day we need to work on ourselves to be a better form of ourself, even if it’s small thing.
Hence, writing down the thought of self growth on the first hour, when mind is fresh, is a great way to start the day.
